I'm not sure if this is how or where you want this, but here you go.

Report Reason: Player was spamming and was asked to stop by other players several times and refused to stop
Date This Occurred: 1/31/14 Around 3:50 PM EST
Proof of Occurrence(Optional): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JCgvi37XLw They continued for over ten minutes after the video and I emplore you to check the logs for everything.
